The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A relevant qualification in:
- Teaching Assistant
- Early Years
- Health and Social Care
- Or a similar child-based qualification
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- The confidence to use their own initiative while also working effectively as part of a team
- Commitment, reliability and willingness to learn
- Able to provide a minimum of 2 references covering the last 2 years
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Availability to work within a school setting in Walsall
