Engineering Manager – City of London – £70,000–£75,000 + Package

An exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s most prestigious skyscraper buildings as Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of engineers within a flagship commercial property.

We are seeking a technically strong leader with previous AP status (or currently holding AP) and experience managing engineering operations within high-end commercial environments.

The Role:
• Managing a team of 8 engineers on a large prestigious site
• Ensuring all engineering operations and compliance are delivered to the highest standards
• Leading from the front with a strong technical presence
• Managing subcontractors, permits, and critical systems
• Client liaison and operational reporting

Requirements:
• Mechanical or Electrical qualified
• Holds or has held AP status within the last 5 years
• Strong technical understanding of commercial building services
• Previous experience managing engineering teams
